Business need: After years of research at some of the world’s best business schools—Wharton, Purdue & University of Minnesota—Vivékin developed an intelligence framework called Leadership Intelligence™ & Organizational Intelligence™. The framework invoked from evolutionary economics and ethnography, to psychology and operations management—provide a holistic, culturally-sustained, and robust approach which enables their client organizations to develop the dynamic capabilities needed to sustain competitive advantage in the face of rapid change. To enable this approach Vivékin group needed an online Test application which maps the organizational need of the individual clients which they were dealing.

Project Description: We developed a e-commerce enabled online Test Solution for Vivékin which an organization can use to measure the effectiveness of the individual manager and assess department wise productivity. Entire design is Responsive means it works in any Browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and any device (Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac). It is easy to manage Workshop Group, Licensing, User role, question file. Admin can manage different sets of question in each Exam or workshop. Application has exhaustive search capability with dynamic parameter with downloading the search result in Excel. Based on the scoring for the individual and for the group, system generates graphical representation of Leadership Intelligence™ matrix & Organizational Intelligence™ matrix. The application has been designed in such a way that Image type question also can be added with Text type question. User has the capability to make online payment, take a test, review the test result, get an report which reflects his or her deficiency.
